Lyn Gilbert is without a doubt – the BEST contractor that I know. I am an Architect and have worked with him on numerous projects over the past 25 + years. He has also worked on my own home many times. He spells out in detail what service he will provide and how much it will cost for that service, and he has always provided service “above and beyond” all others for my wife and I.

L.M.Gilbert was our immediate contractor-of-choice when a tree fell on our house in August, 2016. Why? Since 1986, Lyn Gilbert has renovated two houses and has designed/built/remodeled,/enclosed/repaired a full kitchen, a laundry room. a garage, two sun rooms, a hand-carved mantel, a bay window, a broken-patterned mosaic multicolored slate front walkway, a roof, and the list goes on… With Lyn, you get complete trustworthiness, an artist’s eye, a contractor who knows how to make value recommendations that will give you the look you want within your budget, and a crew that has been with him for many years and whom you are actually happy to have in your house. Unique!! He really listens and, with his uncanny ability to “read” your wishes and intentions, he is able to describe back to you what he thinks you want to accomplish. And the result is so much better than any you can imagine, express or find a picture to represent. He “gets” you. Over the years, I have recommended Lyn Gilbert to many friends without the slightest thought than any of them would be other than overjoyed with the process and the results. How did I know?
